Your Internship Experience

We are committed to supporting your learning and development throughout your journey with us. As an intern, you will have access to on-the-job learning opportunities, exposure to business operations, and the chance to collaborate with teams across the organization. Your experience will be designed to help you build confidence, develop professional skills, and gain valuable insights into the insurance industry.

This is a 12-16 weeks internship program, with opportunities available across different departments based on business needs.

Internship Opportunity

As an Intern, you will support daily business activities and contribute to projects within your assigned department. Responsibilities may vary depending on the business area, but could include:

• Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Assisting with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of documents, reports, and records.
• Conducting research and gathering information to support business initiatives and projects.
• Analyzing data and preparing summaries, presentations, or reports as required.
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborating with team members on ongoing projects and departmental activities.
• Supporting meetings, workshops, and events through coordination and administrative assistance.
• Maintaining accurate records while handling information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and other business tools to support daily tasks.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering them within agreed timelines.

Who We’re Looking For

• You are a UAE National or you hold a valid residence visa in the United Arab Emirates.
• You are available to commit to the full duration of the 12- 16 weeks internship program.
• You are a senior university student, recent graduate, or someone who graduated within the past 12 months.
• You are able to work onsite in our Dubai offices, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
• You are interested in developing your professional skills and gaining corporate experience.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• You are organized, proactive, and pay attention to detail.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• You are adaptable and open to learning about different business areas.
